The master experience is archive-ready, but Proofgate will not fabricate historical entries. Archive controls will activate only when the governed public AKERS projection supplies approved historical records with evidence, dates and lifecycle status.

Public cards may include Official Source Updates or AKERS Verified Intelligence only when the applicable public-release controls are satisfied. Items that do not clear verification/public-release controls are held from public display. Product relevance is contextual metadata, not a sales conclusion. Some intelligence may have no Proofgate product relevance at all.

Release policy

OFFICIAL SOURCE UPDATESOfficial Source Updates may publish automatically from Proofgate-approved authoritative sources configured for public headline release. They remain source-attributed updates, not AKERS conclusions.

FAIL CLOSEDIf the public projection cannot be obtained or validated, Proofgate publishes no replacement intelligence and reports temporary unavailability.

Public release follows a governed test: evidence, materiality, freshness, public value, safe characterization and approval. AKERS does not manufacture urgency or story volume. If nothing clears the publication threshold, publishing nothing is a valid result.
